This car fuelled 37,000shillings of diesel and 6,000 shillings of super petrol and sped off towards Eldoret without paying.

The incident happened at a petrol station in a centre called Kapng'etich in Mosoriot Nandi county at around 8.10pm. The Diesel was fuelled into containers.

His name is David Munene Mwaniki from Embu.

On the 30th of March 2026 David was arrested by Kenya Forest officers in Kangaita.

He was brutally assaulted by the forest officers and later booked at Kerugoya Police Station and the day he was presenteed in court he asked for medical attention telling the court that he was beaten on the head.

The court ordered immediate medical attention and at Kerugoya Level 5 Hospital where he was taken, Doctors found internal bleeding after a head scan.

He was later transferred to Embu Level 5 Hospital where he succumbed on the 8th of April 2026.

The post-mortem report confirms that David died from multiple injuries caused by blunt force trauma.

David is another victim of extrajudicial killings.

Where did Kshs 300 billion in devolution money go to? Leaders steal money left, right and centre and nothing happens. Gachagua is playing politics, but when he talks about Northern Kenyan leaders and how they have let down their people he is being truthful and i'm with him 💯.

Caretaker Accused of Defiling a Minor and Transporting Her to Bungoma Remanded

A caretaker from Ruai has been charged with defilement and with knowingly transporting a minor from Nairobi to Bungoma County. The court heard that the minor was moved across counties before the incident was reported.
His lawyer applied for favourable bail and bond terms, but the prosecution requested more time to present full facts. The court ordered that the accused remain in custody until 10th December, when detailed bail and bond considerations will be reviewed and presented.
