@JahangirAsgha10 It's not good enough to blame gov't & just "hate" insurers. MD"s in the 1980"s essentially laid down & gave up their profession to insurers, gov"t & hospitals administrators. We R selfish, unorganized, frozen to act. Ego driven compliance has lead to the takeover of Medicine!
