Extremely disappointed with the bus booking experience on @makemytrip . Driver demanded 500 rupees extra to change to an empty seat because the AC wasn't working properly. Had no choice but to pay him. Is this the service you provide?

They take nearly a month to ship orders and if you request a exchange / refund then forget it because there is fixed time regarding this you get no updates regarding the order or refund
