@easyJet K4SVG6C I contacted c/s and was told web form to fill in, reply saying it wrong form, then sent a list of q & a but nothing to do with what I needed help with. Why not direct me to correct form but waste more time and emails I’m not going away until I get my refund

So last Friday someone hacked our account, Using our payment details logged into Facebook to place an ad selling there goods, Facebook have taken over £210 from our bank and now refuse to speak to us about the problem, But wait for it, Ban us from advertising with them.
