如何判断价值低估？自由现金流和企业价值(市值+负债-现金)是两个重要指标。
我会根据企业价值/EBIDA比来筛选，当然还要结合行业和经济周期具体判断。
如果某个公司符合条件，我会再去判断合理的价格，以及内在价值。
这个时候必须要把表外资产负债项以及真实的自由现金流都考虑到。4/
