• จากนั้นค่อยๆๆ เหยียดเข่า เหยียดสะโพกลงช้าๆๆ
• อาจจะยกแขนขึ้นตรงๆเพิ่มความยากได้

ทำ 10-15 ครั้ง/รอบ แล้วสลับข้าง 4-5 รอบ/วัน
