@jaymane1982 The reason this effects the best players is because it becomes a luck competition so whatever guys are not getting the mud balls are going to fair better then those who do. Obviously there is no control to who has to deal with mud.

@jaymane1982 Yes so when the ball is played down after lots of rain when you hit the fairway there’s a good chance you get mud on the ball. I know it may sound like not a big deal, but I can assure mud on a ball is very unpredictable and can cause a ball to do crazy things.
