@pmonies @MilliganWalker 1. Psychotherapy notes and progress notes are not the same thing. Many clinicians do not keep 'Psychotherapy notes' instead relying on progress notes 2. Not everyone is a 42 CFR Part 2 program and would not be able to use that as means of exemption.
