美股三季度财报看着一片大好，但扒开数据全是偏科生。扎克斯刚出的研报把底牌掀了，虽然科技板块整体利润预计大涨42%，但只要剔除英伟达、美光和Alphabet这三家，其余科技股的增速立刻掉到20%出头。更狠的是半导体单项，预计利润直接暴增85.5%，完全是靠卖铲人独自把整个指数拉着往前狂奔。指数看着强，大部分科技公司的利润增速其实没那么夸张。

4/4 围绕数据中心能源的拉锯更是典型。CEG盘初一度大跌超6%，起因是PJM暂停新数据中心电力拍卖计划，以及投行抛出“AI智能体比价将压缩零售电力利润”的看空报告引发恐慌。然而盘后CEG随即公布与亚马逊签下20年长期供电协议，涵盖690兆瓦电力并带动超30亿美元核电基建投资，另支持190兆瓦新产能于2030至2032年投运。短线情绪砸盘与实际大客户长协落地之间，业务底牌才是决定定价的硬逻辑。

1/4 8月核心PCE同比3%、环比0.2%看似降温，但主要是美国商务部经济分析局调整了投资组合管理等分项的计算口径，机构测算这直接把同比压低约0.3个百分点。剔除口径变化后真实通胀改善有限，叠加二季度GDP终值上修至2.2%、9月ADP新增就业9万人高于预期，长端美债收益率继续冲高。当前美股除AI硬件外的顺周期板块持续承压，道指连跌5周，标普500尾盘跳水回踩50日均线，主要受养老金在月底执行约330亿美元极端再平衡抛售的压制。

3/4 企业级AI硬件订单仍在落地。慧与科技HPE拿到云服务商Vultr价值12亿美元的订单，为其美国数据中心供应搭载AMD芯片的Helios AI机架，这是HPE首笔AMD Helios系统订单；同时因网络业务增长上调2027财年及以后展望，股价盘中涨近3.9%创历史新高，年内累涨170%。相比之下JBL四季度业绩和展望全超预期却盘中跌破年线，市场在非核心标的上的资金博弈非常剧烈。

今晚美股所有人的目光都在美光身上。

AI概念股撑了整个大盘一个月，但10年期美债收益率一路冲到5.2%，借贷成本把很多高估值板块压得喘不过气。美光周三盘后这期财报基本上就是整个AI交易的验资报告，机构预期营收暴涨3.5倍，而且摩根大通还在盯管理层会不会顺势掏出大手笔回购或分红。数字能不能达标只是一方面，只要高管对下游AI算力需求的指引有一丁点松动，科技股这轮反弹就得当场经受大考。
