@mjhemm Hi Matt - trying to get bband in my home. @WeAreOpenreach providing minimal to no updates to my provider @EE - different excuses everyday. I'm "escalated" and yet nothing happens. No actions given to why it's so delayed.I'd love to hear who I can contact for help.Thx.

@OpenreachHelp -trying to get broadband to my new home. Going on 4 weeks from order date where @EE keeps telling me "tomorrow" and it's due to @BT engineers. Won't give me a date, just a review on 18Jul. looking for help to get this matter sorted, I'm running out of time. Thx

@OpenreachHelp @EE @BT They have. They are told that an update will be sent on 18 Jul. I'm not looking for an update - I will need Internet by then and want to know an engineer is actually booked to do this. Thank you

.@grantshapps and @sajidjavid, what's the position on new travel rules for people recently recovered from #COVID19 who've been told not to take a PCR test within 90 days of their positive result? Does the NHS app Recovery Pass substitute PCR? NHS 119 cannot help. @transportgovuk
