He didn’t bet on games he played in. He admitted to everything and admitted to having an issue and is going to rehab. My point is, he’s not Emmanuel Clase or Jontay Porter

I’ve never had an issue paying players- above or under the table. It is what is. But you can’t bet on your own sport & team as a CFB player. That sets a very dangerous precedent. No other way to say it. I’m not saying he can’t have an NFL career but there has to be some meaningful punishment here.

@realcavsfans I’m hopeful there’s a team out there willing to take him. Nuggets come to mind. Don’t think they want Jonas so turning him into Schroeder instead of cutting him could work. They need a back-up PG.

@realcavsfans Imo everything he’s done has been about flexibility and getting under the apron. If you can save $10 by trading Strus & Dennis while getting a back-up C & a back-up 2 that’s perfect. That would cover your Wade extension. Harden extension, decline Porter, and trade 1st for 2nds….
