With only 2 days left until we fly back to blighty we hosted a very british tea party for our hosts as a thank you for looking after us and making us very welcome - we sang plenty of songs, performed gay gordons, shown a custom from our homes and yes we had homemade cream teas

A brilliant day yesterday at Maletsunyane falls even though we all struggled with the altitude being 2275m above sea level it was worth the visit we all saw why they call Lesotho the kingdom of the sky 🇱🇸

Well thats a wrap 2 days worth of Training to introduce the trefoil guild to Lesotho at the Maserue tourism centre - the ladies have enjoyed what we have put on for them leadership, programme, sustainability, fundraising and activies including craft, new skills and songs

A very eventful couple of days visiting the lesotho association of non formal education, meeting her majesty queen Masenate Mohato Seeiso and today visiting depothu caves to see the cave paintings

Well what a very busy day 3 - We started our day at Hq then visited makoanyane square for the ww1 and ww2 memorials then went to tiny tots school where we've done some singing and dancing the girls loved it then visited the British high commissioner his excellency Harry Macdonald

A very adventurous day today we climbed Thaba biseau (night mountain) following on from our history lesson of Lesotho and Moshoshoe plenty of wildlife around and the sunshine was gorgeous

Catch up from yesterday day 2: Yesterday started with a history chat about Lesotho and its founder King Moshoshoe we visited his statue and his warriors in the city of Maseru then we split up and did home visits which were a mix of villages, houses in the city and schools
