बच्चियों से अपराध के मामलों में आरोपियों के खिलाफ बड़ी संख्या में एफआईआर दर्ज की जा रही हैं, लेकिन उन्हें सजा दिलाने में पुलिस कहीं न कहीं नाकाम नजर आ रही है। हाल यह है कि गोरखपुर जोन में पिछले सात महीनों में बच्चियों से अपराध के मामलों में आरोपित हुए 60 प्रतिशत आरोपी सबूत और गवाहों के अभाव में छूट गए।

मुख्यमंत्री @myogiadityanath जी के खुद के जिले गोरखपुर में सात महीनों में पॉक्सो के 75 मामलों का फैसला हुआ, जिनमें 44 आरोपित दोषमुक्त हो गए, जबकि केवल 31 को सजा मिली। यानी सजा पाने वालों से अधिक संख्या उन आरोपितों की रही, जो दोषमुक्त होकर बाहर निकल गए। यह स्थिति पुलिस की विवेचना और अभियोजन की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है।

कानूनविदों के अनुसार, पॉक्सो एक्ट के मामलों में इतनी बड़ी संख्या में आरोपितों का दोषमुक्त होना बताता है कि केस दर्ज होने के बाद पुलिस की विवेचना में गंभीर कमियां रह जा रही हैं। कमजोर विवेचना, साक्ष्यों के अभाव और गवाहों के मुकर जाने का सीधा फायदा आरोपितों को ट्रायल में मिल रहा है।

यही समस्या SC-ST Act से जुड़े मामलों में भी देखने को मिलती है, जहां पुलिस की कमजोर विवेचना, पैरवी और पर्याप्त साक्ष्य के अभाव में आरोपितों को ट्रायल में फायदा मिलता है और पीड़ित न्याय के लिए भटकते रहते हैं।

@mygovindia से हमारी मांग है कि SC-ST Act के मामलों में पीड़ितों को मिलने वाली मुआवजा राशि को बढ़ाकर 30 लाख रुपये किया जाए और यह राशि दोषी साबित होने वाले आरोपित से वसूल की जाए। साथ ही पुलिस की विवेचना और अभियोजन व्यवस्था को जवाबदेह बनाया जाए, ताकि अपराधी कानून की कमजोरियों का फायदा उठाकर बच न पाएं और पीड़ितों को समय पर न्याय मिल सके।

It is very important to tell people of India about reservation, representation and social justice. Reservation was never the gift, it is a promise of justice given under various sections of the Indian Constitution.
Let us unite, fight and stay upright in this environment of communal and caste based hatred.
In recent times some sections of the caste Hindus are raising most hate-filled, communal, casteist, insulting, and absurd arguments against reservation, that should not go unanswered.

वंचितों की हिस्सेदारी के विरोधियों का दोहरा चरित्र देश के सामने है। पहले ‘आरक्षण हटाओ’ और अब ‘आरक्षण में सुधार’ की मांग करने वालों से तत्काल “सौहार्दपूर्ण वार्ता” लेकिन अपने संवैधानिक अधिकारों के लिए आवाज़ उठाने वाले छात्रों पर लाठीचार्ज, आख़िर ये कैसा सौहार्द है, नड्डा जी?

एक तरफ वार्ता की तस्वीरें, दूसरी तरफ छात्रों पर लाठियाँ, यह दोहरा चरित्र अब किसी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा।

24 सितंबर 1982 को मान्यवर कांशीराम साहब ने पूना पैक्ट के 50 साल पूरे होने पर पूरे देश में “धिक्कार दिवस” मनाया था। यह कोई साधारण विरोध नहीं था, बल्कि एक अकाट्य राजनीतिक और सामाजिक समझ का नायाब उदाहरण था।

परम पूज्य बाबा साहेब ने जिस पूना पैक्ट पर बड़े दुखी मन से हस्ताक्षर किए थे, आज उसी पूना पैक्ट का दुष्परिणाम “Depressed Classes (वंचित वर्ग)” के सामने है। यही कारण है कि जब केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा जी आरक्षण विरोधियों से मुलाकात करते हैं, तो बहुजन समाज के सामने कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े होते हैं।

किसान आंदोलन पर जिस सरकार ने 13 महीने बाद सुध ली, पेपर लीक के जनव्यापी आंदोलन के आंदोलनकारियों से नड्डा जी एक महीने बाद मिलने का समय निकाल पाए, लेकिन जैसे ही जातीय वर्चस्व बनाए रखने की जिद लिए कुछ मुट्ठीभर लोग भाजपा-RSS के दिल में छुपे एजेंडे को लेकर इकट्ठा होते हैं, तो तुरंत “सौहार्दपूर्ण वार्ता” होने लगती है।

सरकार को जवाब देना होगा कि ऐसे लोगों से आखिर क्या बात हुई और आरक्षण को लेकर सरकार का रुख क्या है?

आरक्षण कोई राजनीतिक खैरात नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक गैर-बराबरी के रहते संविधान द्वारा सुनिश्चित प्रतिनिधित्व और सामाजिक न्याय की व्यवस्था है। जब तक भेदभाव और गैर-बराबरी कायम है, तब तक आरक्षण भी कायम रहेगा।

मुट्ठीभर जातंकवादियों की आड़ में वंचितों की संवैधानिक हिस्सेदारी को कमजोर करने की साजिश कर रहे सरकार के पिट्ठुओं, कान खोलकर सुन लो! भीम आर्मी-आजाद समाज पार्टी (कांशीराम) 24 सितंबर, पूना पैक्ट दिवस पर दिल्ली में एक बड़ा जनांदोलन करके संविधान की ताकत का एहसास कराएगी।

In recent time there is hue and cry about reservation especially for reservation of SC/ST/OBC communities. And many people are asking who is leading this 'RHA' related things on road.
Well one should be aware that when people from so called upper caste start to raise their voice against any issue then no matter what is the matter, @BJP4India @RSSorg will be their protector and progenitor.
It does not matter what they say on camera or something else, the @BJP4India will always remain loyal to such people.
And it is true in reverse also, no matter what BJP is saying, the so-called upper caste will always vote for them as they have no other choice.

They can oppose @BJP4India at national level but at the level of a village, BJP=UC will remain a fact no one can deny.

The Government of Haryana issued instructions No.22/56/2023-5HR-III on 07.10.2023 for reservation in promotion for Scheduled Caste employees in group A&B.

Matter goes to Hon'ble P&H High Court and Petitioners raised several concerns regarding instructions. Now to go further based on arguments Hon'ble court raised questions such as data collection regarding inadequacy of SC, question of administrative efficiency, principle of creamy layer etc.

Given that, Court accepted following facts
1. At level of group A&B, there is inadequacy of SC employees.
2. There is no violation of administrative efficiency.
And upholded the said instructions. But, Hon'ble court ordered Haryana Government to proceed with its notifications by conforming to creamy layer priciple and that benefit of promotion through reservation shall not be extended to such creamy layer employees.

Now, the question is why so called upper castes always talks about creamy layer among SCs?
The man from SC community after getting power, prestige and wealth still faces discrimination then why? It is because the aforesaid man challenges caste based hierarchy and social stigma often attaches to his caste's background.
So what makes so called UC oppose some section of Scheduled Castes?
As put in Prof. Sukhadeo Thorat's word "The fear of loosing the caste priviledge among caste Hindus" is the reason behind it.

The Modi government cannot simply celebrate laws on paper while implementation remains inadequate. Equality requires accountability, independent institutions and real protection—not denial and rhetric.
