Music videos can provide such a valuable perspective on space.
Accessible architecture and planning of cities is arguably one of the most important aspects of design. Cities must be designed to benefit those who are not part of the small percentage of the privileged population and begin designing and planning for the communities at large.
The *best* thing I've done as a PhD researcher is read outside of my "discipline" - anthropology, Black studies, geography (!!), African studies, philosophy, visual studies, cultural studies, literature, history. Our world is interdisciplinary, we have to learn to think so, too.
