@BonitasMedical I applied through work for your medical aid around 12 Dec 2025. To date, I'm still without a medical aid. Why do you offer your services to our company if you can't even get the application process right. I'm not covered currently, God forbid something happens
@Clicks_SA Hi, I sorted it in-store @ Clicks Adderley Street. Supervisor was patient & kind. Telephonic customer service though is extremely bad, they think customers are dumb. You speak,they filter what they want to hear. They're not in sync with online orders. โ๏ธ customer service suck๐
@Clicks_SA you advertised a 3 for 2 special for cetaphil products, yet there is no stock in the stores.
I then ordered online, this is what I received. No explanation whatsoever as to why the other 2 items I paid R900+ are missing .
Is this professional & good customer service?
@Uber_RSA hi there my Uber profile/account is giving me problems. After adding my teenage son and then removing him after about 3 months. My account is now being identified as a teenager and I can't request any Ubers for myself. I can't fix this on the App. Please assist.
@sarstax trying to get through to SARS is a nightmare on Elm Street. Twice I was disconnected yesterday. Today I left my number for a call back, call came through and before I could speak, call was disconnected. Email also written yesterday, still waiting for a response. Really?
@WOOLWORTHS_SA tell us why there's R3000 difference between 2 identical blazers: 1 is pink, the other black. Does colour warrant an increase in price? I wanted to purchase black blazer when I saw price of pink, but realised black is R3k +. The pink blazer isn't even on sale ๐ค
@WOOLWORTHS_SA local woolies store said to pay with woolies cards only, as there was problem with bank cards.Purchased with credit card but there was no indication purchase went through.I then successfully paid with Absa card. Got home only to get SMS woolies payment went through

@WOOLWORTHS_SA hi woolies, my app and online profile do not allow me to see my current available balance, instead it's telling me my account is in arrears, which is incorrect
@WOOLWORTHS_SA how is it that items on your app are all out of stock, yet if I go online, it's in-stock. I've raised this problem before, but nothing has changed. Why is your App not in sync with your online store. Why?
