Baking soda isn't a health hack.
It's a forgotten medicine.

“Once, this human soul has received the appropriate training, once its vision has been seen to - so as to make sure it is blinded by no errors - the result will be perfect mind, flawless reason: which is the same thing as perfect moral goodness. And if the essence of happiness is that everything has to be complete, nothing missing, all filled up to its utmost capacity, and if those are also precisely the characteristics of
moral goodness, then evidently all good men are happy.” - Cicero
When it comes to happiness humans have learnt to associate pleasure with such. We spend time chasing happiness by believing it is to be obtained through things external to what we already have.
Note how those you see with the lovely car desire a better one, the perfect home is soon not enough alone and the frequent holidays or villa abroad become the key to happiness. The same is true with most of us, seeing happiness as a result of something external being gained or alleviated.
Yet that continued chasing is a sign of unhappiness in the self, that need for the next hit of pleasure. When in reality all we need to be happy consistently lies within us. Were there no happy people prior to the invention of TV’s, cars, air travel, heating or any other luxuries?
The person who resents themselves and harbours moral guilt can not be happy no matter what externals they gain. Externals can change at any minute. Nature already gives every human all he needs to be happy. Wisdom and thus the moral goodness it seeks are key to happiness.
So remember this 👉🏻 everything you need to be happy is already within you!
