Hey friends! Today is February 1st and I am in Mozambique and I have erected another padrao. So in the time we haven't talked, I made an order to burn Sao Rafael- where I had also erected a padrao- due to the loss of my crew members. Well anyways, the crew awaits!⛵️👮

Last time we talked I was in Malindi after sailing for 3 months on the Arabian Sea. And here I still am. I 'm sure you're all curious why. Well, many members passed away due to scurvy. 🙁 #RIP #Sad

Hello my dear friends! It is March 2nd and our fleet has reached the Island of Mozambique.🥳 I bet you are curious for what I have been doing for about a month. Well, when we were at the Quelimane River, we stayed there a month as the crew was ill and the ship needed repairing.

January 25th, 1498 today! Update⚠️:Our fleet got to the coast of Natal on Christmas. On January 11, 1498, it secured for five days close to a small river between Natal and Mozambique, which is called the Rio do Cobre. On January 25, in Mozambique, we got to the Quelimane River.

Hey! Last time we talked it was November 7th when I was in Santa Helena Bay. Due to horrible winds and current we waited the rounding of Cape of Good Hope until November 22nd. After three days, I secured in Mossel Bay. Now, here I am sailing again on December 8 today!

Recap time! So, our fleet got to San Tiago in the Cape Verde Islands on the 26th of July, and we stayed there until August 3rd. After, to not have to deal with currents of Gulf of Guinea, I handled a long route through South Atlantic before going to round the Cape of Good Hope.

Done packing! #timetohittheroad It is July 8th, 1497. We have a fleet of four vessels; two medium-sized three-masted sailing ships, which are all about 120 tons, called the “São Gabriel” and the “São Rafael”; a 50-ton ship, named the “Berrio” and a 200-ton storeship. Gtg now!

Hi guys, sorry I wasn't very clear in my earlier tweet, this stuff is still a bit new for me. The reason I am going to India is for a maritime route from Western Europe to the East. Anyways, I have to get going, I need to start packing for a trip. Hasta la vista! #Soexcited
