Amerigo Vespucci is already hoping and planning a second voyage. Hope he can convince someone for funding and I hope I have the opportunity to join him again.
Its been 5 days at sea since we departed from Hispaniola. We just finished eating our fresh native vegetables. We also brought seeds of the plants to plant back in Europe.
Making a list of things we discovered and things of use
-Map of route to a new world
-New vegetables
-New medicine
-New lands
-Natives and their technology
-Native relgion
This island is not worth exploring right now. Amerigo Vespucci said we have discovered a lot during this voyage and it will be better to come back at a later time. It will be interesting to see the impact information of a new world and new goods will have on Europe.
This island Columbus spoke about still seems to be hostile. Maybe Columbus did something that made them angry at us Europeans. Maybe they also fell sick to a disease. What if we brought the disease.
Gave these natives the African-inspired ceramics but our weapons seem to be of higher interest to them, but judging by their unwelcoming manner we won't be willing to trade these weapons.
We have made the first contact with natives although they seem to be a part of a separate system as they do not seem to share similar clothing or architecture to the other native tribes.
