Post pandemic it would good for companies to adopt the new normal of working arrangement as a way forward in the digital economy. WFH on alternate day or week basis - 50% of the workforce WFH, another 50% WFO. This however subject to operational requirements and nature of the job

Hopefully the trying time of pandemic COVID-19 is the transition phase that makes people be and show more Humility, Honesty, Considerate & Compassion. The Greed and Selfish in ravaging the ecosystem hopefully will be less.

The employers especially SMEs whilst may need more help should also acknowledge the limitations of resources for the government to balance the various interest of stakeholders. Hopefully as we go along, more resources will be made available to the businesses.

Our Government is trying their best subject to the availability of resources to roll out the stimulus prog. In the unprecedented situation they also continue to learn and explore. Nothing is perfect. Key to all these programs is effectiveness in execution.

Every MPs r elected by the people and the coalition parties who have the majority forms the government. That is the democratic way. Was the recent incident of MPs new coalition to form the new government is undemocratic? Or is democratic process only happen once in 5 years?

The current political situation of the country does not help the rakyat at all. The economy still faltering, cost of living continue rising and the RM currency is weaken. The horse trading makes the politicians rich and rakyat poorer😭

Malaysia is still trapped in political turmoil and struggling to move on its economy. Cost of living and depreciation of RM still not being addressed effectively. Racial politics still at its height. We need quick resolution on all these matters.
