I'm glad the data team sees the importance Tzolis brings.

He's a Trossard-level signing.

Not just in it being a cheap market opportunity

But also in their styles of play. Both versatile to play a ton of positions, both two-footed, both with great ballstriking, both are INCREDIBLE passers, both thrive in lowblock/tight space scenarios, both are high IQ players who make good decisions.

The only difference is Tzolis is younger... and waaay faster. He'll probably be costlier too, which is understandable in this inflated market.

Yeah, Tzolis as Trossard’s replacement makes sense.

He’s impressed me every time I’ve watched him, and he’s a very similar profile to Trossard.

For €40m, and with his signing not preventing Morgan Rogers or other attacking additions, it’s a no-brainer.
