Very true. I've personally banked with @stanbicug in very many locations, but I've never seen a branch as hopeless and useless as Kasangati. The staff are so laid back. Many times, they are even clueless on what to do.
One time I wanted an issue I wanted solved, and the person supposed to work on it was out of office apparently to drop her child to school, and I was asked to come back the next day.
What a useless branch!
