Saying “sorry, I suck”, “sorry I guess I’m a bad person”, “sorry I can’t do anything right”, “sorry I’m not good enough for you” is all very manipulative. If you want to say sorry, apologize and mean it. Don’t make the person YOU hurt feel bad for being hurt.
If you are 55+, one of the children could have been you.
215 children.
Their potential children.
Their potential children’s children.
Entire generations erased. Literally.
@loh187 i heard that in one class, someone said that when she feels hungry in the evenings, she brushes her teeth so she won't eat for the rest of the night. ignoring hunger cues and starving yourself = wellness ?????
sounds like another breeding ground for toxic diet culture
@loh187 Whelan Wellness terrifies me. It's promoted as changing the way people look at exercise/activity but from what I've seen it's a whole lot of pandering/marketing tactics being used to draw people in. Thinking very venus flytrap-like.
I literally cannot deal with people who don’t know how to apologize for their actions & how they make others feel. we are adults. take accountability or stop talking to me.
Your regular reminder that the tax preparation industry is a scam & in other countries they just send you a bill or a check based on what they already have calculated. The fact that the government makes us calculate on our own & face penalties for mistakes is totally unnecessary.
