Bill: KSh 78,000
SHA paid: KSh 18,000
She’s now detained in hospital.

Another case in Kitui:
Man bitten by a spitting cobra
Bill: KSh 43,000+
SHA paid: KSh 6,600
Not even 40% of bill

SHA says they cover about KSh 6,600 for snake bites.
Yet ONE vial of antivenom costs ~KSh 6,000.

So what exactly are Kenyans paying for?
Because this isn’t “universal healthcare.”
This is partial help, then abandonment.

And while families are being detained over bills,
We’re being shown PR numbers, “30 million registered.” & staged videos.

Registered for what, exactly?
To still fundraise after emergencies?
To still be detained in hospitals?
To still choose between life and debt?

If SHA can’t even cover HALF of an emergency bill, then something is fundamentally broken.
