Back to my original point though - why wait till now to go to the press to gain public support/commentary?

@CoojeeBear @ucu Couldn't agree more. They've had all summer to fight this battle. Fully expecting Gov to u-turn on this one too now, and probably announce it on a Friday in September before a number of unis hold their moving in weekends
