Listen, above all, to this masterpiece. If you enjoy reading about such things, I devoted years of research and writing to it, which you can find here, https://t.co/iFLyoixLwf https://t.co/hEOcmCVZII

Pure intelligence and musical force. Never sounds anything less than urgent and brilliant. I wrote to the BBC to see if they could help uncover/publish any logs of the 25,000 complaints. Never got anywhere sadly. What upset this caused across the nation... https://t.co/hkXy5VHRyX
The Holy Bible's double-A side single ‘Faster/P.C.P’ turns 29 today. This TOTP performance from ’94 received a record number of complaints and was named one of the show's most memorable moments by The Guardian.

A fan of Nirvana and In Utero in particular, Richey Edwards later included Charles Peterson's picture of Kurt and Everett in one of his collages, on the wall of his flat. Nicky Wire commented on this in 2009. Did they realise there was an unexpected @manics link?
Never noticed this before, has anyone else? When Kurt Cobain was wheeled on to the stage for Nirvana's historic Reading '92 set, he was pushed by journalist Everett True wearing the @manics festival t-shirt. (📸 via Dazed Digital, Getty Images, reddit @MSPpedia)
@JeSuisGourde @ManicSleep There's no Faster design in there. Just a couple of stills from the video. The pages I've sent are almost everything. The other side of the foldout just contains the original lyric book.
@ManicSleep @JeSuisGourde None of the lyric drafts, just video stills, some details from single designs - e.g. the TSB logo and misc photos from Thailand and Richey photo shoots. The 20th box is far superior for background documentation.
Thank you to all who visited https://t.co/iFLyoiyjlN this year, a site devoted to @Manics The Holy Bible. I added 2 essays on This Is Yesterday + Richey Edwards' post-THB lyrics. Welcoming new readers, I hope that appreciation for this masterpiece will ever be renewed. On to 2023

New #Manics translation up!
Requested by @JeSuisGourde and I had been working on it for a while too. Richey's last interview. Everyone probably knows it, but all versions online seem to be incomplete. Here's a fully complete version.
