Today's been an emotional day. I share a lot of how I handle my cancer story with positivity as it's what gets me through the hard times. But there are many days that look like this. It's hard not to let my cancer takeover. I used to avoid these emotions, but through therapy I've learned to allow myself to feel when having these feelings. Whether it's sadness, anger, worry, I just let myself feel. I will never allow cancer stop me from living
