Please look into @nikthehat and @AtNightIntel and the rest of their posse. They frivolously sued me and another single mother in Pa - on the back of missing kid case (TN). @DogBountyHunter They involved former AG Bruce Castor and used his name on the filing to intimidate us - all while accusing us of criminal rico. Thankfully HB 1466 was signed into law just 60 days before they threaten to federally sue me. Ultimately they did sue us in DELCO CV 2024-009083 and we filed the first properly filed slapp motion. We had a hearing 2/18/25 and on 4/17/25 WE WON. Instead the losers appealed it. Over A YEAR LATER, over $150,000 and we are STILL WAITING for the superior court to rule. The @ACLU and every free speech organization in Pa came together and @BallardSpahrLLP filed an amicus brief on OUR behalf. These people tried to silence our freedom of speech - on matters of public concern. They NEVER EVER EVER showed a single piece of proof of anything they filed. They never filed a reproduced record costing another $6,000+ of paper, time, printing, transporting 500lbs of paper from Butler to Philly. Nik is a menace. He’s on parole for fabricating racist emails to the DELCO parole office, had a stolen police Tazer, impersonated a good morning America producer and called prostitutes to his neighbors house - to just call the cops and report them because he liked to see “n” arrested (based on all public online reports/dockets)

Don’t forget about the other losers @HongAtNight @AllegedlyB87 Andra Griffin AKA bullhorn Betty - who dog whistled false reports against my business to the Dept of Health. I could go on and on and on.

Tuesday will be 120 days waiting for the superior courts opinion. Over 600 days of living in hell. We need to stop these imbeciles from terrorizing people especially using a missing kids case to go after innocent people.

When Tony Mathis sent the text to me and said he was going to sue me and didn’t care if he won or lost he just wanted me to pay for it - this case should have ended. But yet Tony shared a video of a dead college kid in a sewage plant. I can’t make it up.

About to head to the polls. As a republican why should I vote for you over Mastriano? I am grateful you signed the anti-slapp into law however as a victim of a frivolous lawsuit from Dog the Bounty Hunter and 9 others, I have an $83,575.80 attorney bill. And my co-defendant I can imagine is about the same. We are sitting for the last year waiting for the superior court to ACT and we have the ACLU and every free speech organization backing us. This law was suppose to PREVENT this from happening. We won in DELCO April 17, 2025 and the slow appellate process and LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY to the plaintiffs and their attorney has dragged this out far too long. Over 600 days forced to defend myself against accusations of Criminal RICO and they never showed ANY proof. 114 days waiting for the superior court to produce a case law opinion so we can get back to lower court for our damages hearing. Anyways I say all this because while you did sign it into law the actually process and crap I’ve had to endure the last year and a half should have never been allowed this far in the courts.

Paid another $1000.00 on the attorney bills I should have never even had to pay. I guess that’s what’s happens when people including @DogBountyHunter @nikthehat @HongAtNight @americanlaw411 @AllegedlyB87 @ChristinaO5285 Julia Valenti, Seth Rogers & Tony Mathis frivolously sued us. My total bill is at $83,575.80 and already granted attorney fees but these LOSERS wanted to appeal and now it sits a year later - day 79 in the superior court with the judges. The @ACLU filing an amicus brief on our behalf. If you haven’t been following this - you should.

To weaponize the courts against people to intimidate them and silence them needs to be punished with substantial punitive damages. These people had Bruce Castor, former PA AG (for 13 days) listed to intimidate us. The email correspondence between Bruce Castor and my attorney, Tom King III, tell all.

They filed a 73 page reproduced record to the superior court. No cover page. No table of contents. The actual reproduced record …. 8,054 pages. And we had to print and bind that SEVEN times. Over 54,000 pages. That record has some miles on it. From Butler Pa to Philadelphia in one day. Over 500 pounds of paper. 18+ feet of paper.

I can only imagine why the loser plaintiffs didn’t reproduce a complete record. Leaving out all the Anti-SLAPP hearing defense.

They accused us of criminal RICO in a civil filing and NEVER showed a single piece of proof. No threats. No death threats. NOTHING.

I’m tired. But I am still pushing on to pay the attorney because he is amazing and follows the court rules. The anxiety bills like this have every day of my life are completely not necessary and totally an abuse of the courts.

A judge ruled there was NO evidence to support that claim.

Make no mistake - this is a discounted rate and the bills are totaling close to $100,000. Lesniak needs to be disbarred for this.
