Every time I post about housing people experiencing homelessness, I get the same comments:

"How many are you bringing home?" "I don't want my tax dollars paying for them."

The irony? Your tax dollars are already paying far more by not housing people.

➡️ 30 days in prison: $15,000+
➡️ 30 days in hospital: $30,000+

The question isn't whether we can afford to house people, it's whether we can afford not to!
