Great example of a one-piece catch.
Love how Trevi resets after each rep. Starts in a signal stance, transitions into a different setup.
Train game speed!
I was asked what a good drill progression is for some pregame receiving work.
I posted this a while back but thought I’d post it again because it’s a great example by one of the games best, @HipHipJose5!

This is some really powerful stuff from Deion Sanders…
Colorado WR Jimmy Horn was having a rough game, so Deion pulled him aside and gave him an important message.
He told Horn that his dad, who is in prison, was watching him play.
“He’s watching you right now. He wants to clap in front of all his different inmates because he believes in his son. We gonna make pops proud tonight. That’s what we gonna do, because his son is a DAWG.”
Goosebumps. Jimmy Horn went on to catch the game-tying touchdown.

Thing that stands out to me about our great pitchers, Greinke, Kershaw, Verlander, Scherzer. They sit on their teams bench and watch the entire game. For years, as I walk up to bat, I’ll look over at the other bench and see Greinke’s face behind dugout mesh, looking for intel.
LET’S GO, COMEBACK COMPLETE 🥁!!!
Prospects’ Jake Garcia drives this ball over the head of the left fielder for a walk off 2-run double.

Why Juco? 100% scholarship (most cases) vs 25% scholarship. 2 seasons (fall and spring), immediate playing time (most cases), smaller classes, less restrictions on coach's time spent with players, draft-4-year options open, learn to grind.
Jose Trevino was a defensive wizard last season.
The @Yankees catcher saved the most runs through pitch framing in 2022:
1. Jose Trevino (NYY): +17
2. Jonah Heim (TEX): +12
3. Travis d'Arnaud (ATL): +10
T4. Alejandro Kirk (TOR): +9
T4. Cal Raleigh (SEA): +9
