La France ne tient plus que grâce aux "invisibles".

Cette semaine, un chantier très technique, besoin d'un cordiste-soudeur. Le genre de type qu'on trouve pas à chaque coin de rue
On finit par en trouver, à 3h de route.

Malgré cela, le gars est sur le chantier à 8h45.
Chaussures de sécurité un peu usées. Pantalon dégueulasse.
Camion blanc aménagé, rempli de matos improbable.
Café thermos dans un gobelet en carton touillé avec une brindille trouvée sur place.

Une fois les instructions données, il a passé 8h accroché à une corde. Dans le noir.
À faire un boulot précis, physique, dangereux et surtout indispensable.
Le soir, chantier pas fini. Donc hôtel pour lui. Un Formule 1 un peu minable et bien bruyant.
Il me dit : "oh c'est pas grave, j'ai l'habitude, je suis en déplacement toutes les semaines".
Et le lendemain, il recommence.

A côté de cette réalité, on trouve la France officielle qui adore parler de résilience, de transition, de solidarité, de modèle social, de planification, de transformation...

Alors que la France réelle, elle, se lève tôt et fait le boulot.
Elle soude.
Elle nettoie.
Elle porte.
Elle conduit.
Elle répare.
Elle cuisine.
Elle construit (plus beaucoup à cause de la réglementation à tout va).
Elle entretient (pour combien de temps encore...).

Je pense à tous ces invisibles.
Le gars du bâtiment sous 35°.
La femme de ménage debout à 4h pour nettoyer des bureaux où personne ne veut la croiser.
L’agriculteur qui bosse 7 jours sur 7 pour des cacahuètes.
Le chauffeur qui avale les kilomètres.
Le technicien qui part en déplacement toute la semaine.

Voilà les vrais piliers du pays.
Pas les petits hommes gris qui pondent des normes depuis des bureaux climatisés (mais chut il ne faut pas le dire qu'ils ont la clim').

La France tient encore grâce à deux choses.
1. Le capital hérité : routes, barrages, centrales, réseaux, bâtiments, savoir-faire.
2. Ces Français du terrain qui continuent, bon an mal an, à faire tourner la boutique comme ils peuvent.

Le problème, c’est qu’on les use à coup de taxes, de normes et de procédures de contrôle.
On leur vole une part énorme de leur travail.
Et comme ça ne suffit pas, on imprime de l’argent magique qui dilue leur travail pour financer un système qui détruit peu à peu l’envie de produire.

Pour le dire simplement, on détruit les incitations.

Pourquoi te lever tôt si ton effort est confisqué ?
Pourquoi prendre des risques si la médiocrité est subventionnée ?

Alors voilà, on est à la croisée des chemins.
Soit on continue à étouffer cette France invisible et inévitablement, elle lâchera.

Soit on la libère et ce pays repartira à une vitesse folle.

La France ne manque pas de travailleurs, elle manque d’air.

Carney ran the Bank of England from 2013 to 2020. He kept interest rates artificially low for years, helped fuel asset bubbles, and pushed climate ideology deep into financial regulation. When inflation eventually exploded and the cost of living crisis hit Britain hard, Truss inherited the fallout.

Now he’s here.

Under Carney, Canada is posting some of the worst economic numbers in the G7 and OECD. Technical recession, record youth unemployment, collapsing productivity, and deficits that keep growing while living standards keep falling.

The same media that spent years hyping Carney as the brilliant, steady hand is now pretending none of this was predictable.

Liz Truss actually worked at the top level with him. She saw the results up close. She called it what it was.

Extraordinary? No.

1 in every 20 deaths in Canada is now caused by MAID.

Over 76,000 Canadians have already been killed through it.

In Ontario in 2023 alone, 219 people were approved and killed the same day or next day they asked. Many the same day.

The old safeguards? Scrapped.

The 10-day reflection period? Gone.

You no longer need to be terminally ill. You just have to say your condition is "intolerable" under conditions you find acceptable.

And now we have cases like the elderly woman in her 80s who changed her mind for religious reasons — only for her husband to push for another assessment. Doctors raised concerns about coercion. She was still approved after an online assessment and killed the same day.

Why is this happening?

Because it's cheap. It's fast. It's efficient. And for a broke healthcare system, hastening death has become the path of least resistance.
