It's Friday: a self-declared "project day". Today we start with a Wordpress theme and/or plugin for a football club. As always: feedback or ideas are welcome. #Tailpress@jeffreyrossum@WordPress
@karks88 We are indeed expecting too much from a tool. It’s like the Full Site Edit (FSE) loophole: everyone expects it to work like a charm but because it should be able to display data in every form, shape and color, it’s inherent complexity makes it a burden to work with.
Since speed is an important issue for every site, this is once again very good news from @wpmudev. I love everything about it, including the part:
"Good news – you don’t need to do anything." #brotli

What if #WordPress learned from #Laravel & #Livewire? Paver feels like great a step in that direction. A new WP block builder alternative for Agencies & Developers to build (client) sites. Less reliance on JavaScript, more streamlined development, and faster workflows. Imo the type of solutions WordPress needs.

@JustinFerriman@wpmudev for the win. Never, ever had second thoughts about it. And it has been for years.
Prices are fair, support is 24/7, experts, straight to the point and friendly… simply unparalleled. And they are not just sitting there, they think along.
Just a very happy client.
A little question for @tailwindui: I read you support plain vanilla HTML and CSS. So I bought a license and wanted to dive into a template this morning. But once downloaded, it seems to be NextJS (I think) and I cannot find any vanilla stuff in there. Any suggestions?
Although I love @Setapp so much, I'm really looking forward to the full Mac osX and iOS integration. It hurts a bit to have @tripsyapp installed through Setapp on Mac osX but then the iOS app... therefor you need a new subscription.
