@northernassist Why have you reduced Castleton stopping services to 1 an hour? Can you please stop the 1240 from Manchester at Castleton given that Transpennine keeps getting cancelled thanks. Thought it couldn’t get any worse but here we are

@northernassist I left my switch lite on the 17:23 from chester to leeds yesterday, i got off at manchester vic. I’ve tried ringing the leeds baggage number but no one answers, is there any update on if it has been handed in please?

Second delayed train in 5 days due to signal issues on a service running every 2hrs. But if I blame @northernassist some random account will message me to say it's Network Rail or that company doesn't exist
