We tried to exchange for another car but none were available to take. You offer a $20 refund for a car that should have never been rented. I will never use this service again. I’m advising all to use REAL rental car companies that uphold a standard. Turo certainly doesn’t.

@turo I don’t understand how you take no responsibility for the cars rented on your platform. Our rental was disgusting, awful smelling with dog hair everywhere when there are supposed to be increased cleaning precautions because of covid.
