HUGE WIN @ SCOTUS!
In a 6-3 decision in Wolford v. Lopez, the Court roundly struck down Hawaii's oppressive "sensitive places" law. Similar laws in states like California are now on very shaky ground.

Justice Alito was clear in his majority opinion: "'Overwhelming evidence' shows an 'enduring American tradition permitting public carry.' Hawaii's prohibitions on public carry represent a distinct outlier."
