NEW: Seattle's first World Cup match is in the the books, but parts of the city look like a Third World country. That's because Mayor Katie Wilson is accused of sacrificing Chinatown-ID by pushing the city's homeless drug addicts into a neighborhood "containment zone." Wilson is apparently willing to do whatever it takes to avoid bad optics.
Just in the past 24 hours, We Heart Seattle's Andrea Suarez and KVI Radio host Ari Hoffman witnessed the following in this Asian American community:
-Fentanyl dealing
-Sales of stolen goods
-Manhunt for stabbing suspect
-Possible human trafficking
-Attempted robbery
-Fights
-Business exodus
-Vandalism
The world is watching a failing city.

@Jason_Aldean absolutely love your music and I know it’s a long shot but we would love to have you visit our Small Town of Clark Fork, Idaho. For a town of 530 people we put on a massive 4th of July celebration! Keep crushing it! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
