@josephmwood You can select the project and press Space to view its notes in Quick Look. Do you wish to see it all the notes up front in the main list?

You can add entries to the project's notes and use Edit > Insert Time Stamp while editing to date each entry (manually, though)

@danielhaven0 This is useful if you otherwise switch to the new iCloud sync, which is fast, syncs everything including smart lists, supports Push sync and more. You can then import one particular list and continue relying on other apps / Siri / shortcuts etc to add to that list
