Sure they used the word, but it was entirely to mock the fact that even among an era of edginess, he was still an outlier for being genuinely terrible.

@tomboyboobs @_crowbarts That was 10 years ago. I think judging him now for being an edgy youtube personality during the height of that being what was popular at the time would be crass.
Not sure what ELSE he has done to warrant hate, I don't really watch him. But that was a very long time ago.

@gabefollower I think the charm of GMod was that default models were a familiar face. It was a Source 1 vibe, you had all kinds of Half Life faces. So for the everything but named "Sequel" Sequel, I think people expected a more GMod Source 2. And pretty much everyone downloaded models anyway.

@MadKingEclipse That "thinkbeforeyousleep" guy, is just an asshole youtuber who farms fake drama. Constantly making every little thing sound like a world ending disaster, and has some of the worst takes I've ever seen. This guy is a nutjob with no grounds to make arguments about people/culture
