#Airindia Total harassment at Delhi airport. Not granting baggage allowance of 25kgs to defence personnel and families despite ticket being booked through defence ticketing system. Air India officials clueless and totally unhelpful. Inexplicable!

@airindia I beg your pardon. Please look at the pic of the ticket I have sent you. How can a ticket booked under the Defence Ticketing System not be under defence allowance? Would appreciate a call in this matter. Would an officer travelling on duty not get 25 kgs allowance?
