It would probably depend on if you believe a trans person must be dysphoric or want certain surgeries, but I don't really think that's necessary

@LexiconLass It's a discomfort more than pain, and in my experience "getting there" after the pain already started only kinda helps if at all. It's definitely exaggerated.

@LexiconLass It's for sure is a real physical feeling but yeah it's not some unbearable pain. The best way I've come up with to describe ball pain is with eyes. If you lightly flick your closed eye a few times until there's an ache that's about how it feels, it tends to travel to the stomach.
