Ive just spent the last few weeks looking for a new rental property. I'm fortunate enough to earn a good income have a good rental history and great references and even I've struggled to secure a roof over my head. The rental market in Australia is an absolute catastrophe! So many people are being forced into homelessness and nothing is being don't about it.

We need to shut the gates!
