Not sure what to do to maximize your time at #RQHartford? Here’s my guide to not being overwhelmed at a @playriftbound regional qualifier:

1. Remember the goal is to play Riftbound and have fun - it’s super easy to get overwhelmed at all the options, but don’t let the energy stress you out!

2. Decide if you are going for a metal card or not - if you are, you need to prioritize events that pay out tickets and not waste time in lines; if you aren’t, you have a lot more flexibility to choose how you spend your time

3. If you ARE going for a metal card, stay away from sealed events. They often go super long and pay out very few tickets. The best events to get tickets are the pre-regional, super Saturday event, 2v2 tournament, and on-demand events

4. Stay away from the merchandise line at the beginning if you don’t need a specific mat/sleeve - the line is always crazy once doors open and then is mostly empty for the rest of the event

5. The on demand event tickets line is PACKED at the beginning and then is often empty - if you see the line low and want to do multiple of these events, go through it a few times and buy a few tickets (they only let you get one per line you go through)

6. Metal card hype is stressful - people will constantly be buying and selling tickets. Prepare yourself for a situation where you are 10 tickets short of a metal card and who you could partner up with or trade with to achieve your goal
