Dear @RwandaLocalGov , verify the information that E.S of Muyongwe Sector, in Gakenke is forcing retails to close their shops until they pay Mituweri of 2026-2027.
I see no issue with paying but stoping my mum to operate while remaining 20 days is unacceptable. @GakenkeDistrict
