@shmoosey I agree, some parts they really just kinda rushed through. I was RELIEVED the beach scene was exactly how I imagined it would be though! Also loved every single scene with Maki's mother. Episode felt like a hit/miss but overall it was enjoyable!

@shmoosey I kinda agree cause I felt like the massacre should've had a more somber tone. I don't dislike the direction they chose either though because it was a genuinely beautiful episode. I made the effort to rewatch without subs and I enjoyed it way more.
