FSD will disengage as soon as the brake, gas or wheel is moved. And will shut off if eyes close or driver is distracted.

ACC Advanced Cruise Control will not disengage unless you hit the brakes (same as every other vehicle with ACC), and if you floor it will just speed up or slow down to the set speed, and will only disengage when the brakes are hit.

This is not a Tesla issue
