1. Like we plan for trades.. every conversation esp where we are giving gyan, has to be carefully planned. Like markets, they are unpredictable and we need to know when to stop and when to go on. If you have planned well (good values), have faith

#AirIndia absolutely third grade customer service and operations. They cancelled the flight upgrade and then said to put me on another flight in upgraded cabin.
This did not happen. Just spent 2 hours going round and round.
