@Avabelly__ I’m a lot more confident in our future. The way to truly know if you understand a concept is to teach it! Teachers are amazing. Your brother is very lucky to have you.
I've been a working mom for twelve years and I've never felt as proud as I did watching my daughter explain the science behind Pringles to her little brother yesterday.
She'd been struggling in her advanced science class all semester, coming home frustrated and telling me she was "too dumb for smart kid stuff." It broke my heart because I could see how brilliant she was, but she'd convinced herself that science wasn't for her.
Then last week she had this assignment about engineering and structural design. Most kids were building bridges or towers, but she got obsessed with the shape of Pringles. "Mom, did you know they're actually hyperbolic paraboloids?" she asked me one night, like I was supposed to know what that meant.
She spent days researching why that specific curve makes the chips so much stronger than flat ones, how it distributes stress, why they stack so perfectly. I watched her go from dreading homework to staying up late because she was genuinely excited about what she was learning.
The experiment she designed was simple but genius - stack different chip shapes and see which ones can hold the most weight before breaking. But watching her explain it to her brother, using words like "structural integrity" and "optimal geometry," I realized something had clicked.
Her teacher was so impressed that she suggested we document the whole project and share it with other kids. I've been selling handmade educational toys through my little shop on the Tedooo app, so I already had connections with other parents looking for fun science activities. Now we're putting together DIY experiment kits for families who want to explore engineering concepts at home.
Sometimes the best learning happens when kids don't even realize they're doing science. And sometimes a tube of Pringles can change everything.
Aaron Tucker had been out of prison for seven days. He had less than $2 in his pocket and one shot at turning his life around, a job interview that morning. Then he saw a car flip over and catch fire from his bus window.
He asked the bus driver if he was going to help. "No, but if you get out I'm going to leave," the driver replied. Tucker got out anyway.
He sprinted toward the upside-down, smoke-filled car and found the 61-year-old driver covered in blood.
He unbuckled the man's seatbelt and dragged him clear as the car started to catch fire.
He pulled off his own dress shirt and used it to stop the man's head wound from bleeding, telling him: "You're going to be all right. Your family wants to see you. Keep your eyes open."
The bus left. Tucker missed his interview.
When the story got out, strangers set up a GoFundMe that raised over $50,000 in three days. He also received multiple job offers in construction.
"I feel like a job can come and go, but a life is a one-time thing," Tucker said. "The job just wasn't in my mind at that time."
This week these two officers did a traffic stop, during the stop of violating a red light, the driver expressed she was in a hurry to get the children in the car to school.
When the officers asked her, what school do they attend.
She could not give a good answer.
They escorted her from the car and questioned the child, simply to the eldest child, age 10, "do u know this woman?"
The 10 year old shook his head, No! at that point the driver was arrested.
It was later determined she had kidnapped the children on their way to school.
Four children ages 10 to 6 were forced into the vehicle.
These 2 officers exercised excellent police investigate skills, in doing so they were able to take a kidnapper of the streets, and safeguard the 4 children from any hurt, harm and danger.
Outstanding work to Officers Flannel and Parrish, two of the hard workers in the Eighth Precinct.

Most Americans have heard of Paul Revere.
Far fewer have heard of Sybil Ludington.
She rode through the night to warn militia forces that the British were coming.
The ride covered roughly forty miles through rain, darkness, and roads that were little more than trails.
She was sixteen years old.
Some songs simply entertain. Others remind us exactly who we are, and this rendition with Drew Jacobs and Lee Greenwood does just that.
There’s something about this song that hits a little different when you’ve watched a flag being folded, listened to Taps being played, stood for a 21-gun salute, or loved someone who raised their right hand and never made it home.
It reminds me that freedom has never been free, and that every generation has been asked to carry its share of the burden.
Every day, I’m proud to be an American, grateful to those who serve, and determined to live a life worthy of their sacrifices.
♥️🤍💙
I'll bet Hillary was thinking she hadn't seen a post about Benghazi in awhile, maybe she'll leave me alone. Not a chance.
We are living in amazing times: the war with Iran is over, gas prices will lower. People's enthusiasm is rising.
There are 4 Americans that should be here to see this aren't there Hillary? Say their names.

Entire Steelers team stays hidden in the tunnel. He wants to see his flag.
He walks out alone. Hand over heart. Stands by himself for the anthem.
Respect, from all of us🫡🇺🇸
In a way in need to thank the creedal Christians on this platform for being such jerks. It inspired me to attend Church for the 2nd week in a row.
I work 3 jobs and one made it harder to go to Church. I haven't been in months. I've rearranged things so from here on out I can go to Church on Sunday. Also after church, the Bishopric fit me in for my temple recommend interview. So now that is done. (It expired last month). Now to schedule it with the stake.
After all these negative interactions with creedalist Christians, I am even more grateful for our perspective.

I’ve been trying to put into words what I saw last night.
What struck me most wasn’t the fight, the venue, or the people in attendance.
For one night, the focus was on veterans, service members, first responders, and the men and women who have dedicated their lives to something bigger than themselves. I honestly can’t remember ever seeing an event of that scale centered around honoring them.
As I walked away, one thought stayed with me.
Of all the things I’ve accomplished in my life, the greatest honor I’ve ever earned is knowing that one day, when my time comes, an American flag will be draped over my body.
Not because of who I am, but because of what that flag represents.
Freedom. Opportunity. Love. Faith. Good.
When I think about last night, that’s what it was really about.
A country honoring those who have served it, and a reminder that there is no greater privilege than earning the right to be covered by the flag of the nation you love.
Thank you, President @realDonaldTrump , for opening the White House and creating an opportunity for so many Americans to come together and celebrate this country and the people who have dedicated their lives to serving it.
God Bless America. 🇺🇸
Dear Christians,
I think it’s time for mainstream Christians and Latter-day Saints to lay down their arms.
I enjoy a good theological debate as much as anyone, and I’m not saying that should end, as long as it’s in good faith. But, why are we wasting our ammunition in this stupid holy war? (I’m guilty as well.)
While we squabble over irreconcilable theological differences, we forget we largely share social values and can easily live in peace together, respecting each other’s religious liberty…
Meanwhile, we’ve got…
- Radial leftists poisoning our children with all manner of Marxist, postmodern ideology- gender theory, sexual degeneracy, critical race theory, de-colonization, communism, etc.
- A “woke right” that is pushing antisemitism, conspiracy theories, isolationism, anti-capitalism, and sometimes actual Nazism.
- Muslim Jihadist barbarians who are trying to invade Western civilization and make our nations into Islamic State hell-holes.
-Globalist elitists who are intentionally letting those barbarians through the gate because they wish to commit cultural suicide.
None of these groups will protect our freedom of religion. Western civilization is under attack.
You may not consider me a true Christian… I may consider your creeds to be apostate…
But, morally and culturally, we are all Christians. Western Civilization became great because it had Christian values at its foundation.
We should work together to preserve that heritage, and turn our fire towards our true enemies.

Most fighters who competed at UFC Freedom 250 came with rankings, highlight reels, and social media followings. One man in the building had something else entirely: a classified engagement that the United States government kept secret for more than 70 years.
Royce Williams is 100 years old. During the Korean War, on November 18, 1952, the Navy pilot engaged a formation of Soviet MiG-15 fighters in a 35-minute dogfight over the Korean peninsula. He 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 with battle damage. Because Soviet and American pilots were not supposed to be fighting each other directly, the U.S. government classified the engagement. Williams kept his silence for more than seven decades.
He received the Medal of Honor for that flight in February 2026 — some 74 years after the dogfight.
At UFC Freedom 250, Williams flanked UFC lightweight veteran Michael Chandler for his ceremonial walk to the White House octagon. Also at Chandler’s side: Arlington first responder Captain David Jenkinson. Chandler had been enthusiastic all week about his D.C. appearance — the broadcast call captured what everyone in the crowd was thinking when Williams walked out: “𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘰𝘺𝘤𝘦 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘮𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘥 𝘣𝘰𝘺, 𝘩𝘶𝘩?” A fighter entering a cage beside a man who once won a 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭-𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 and never breathed a word about it for seven decades.

Libi Cohen-Meguri was murdered on October 7th at just 22 years old.
She went to dance at the Nova festival and was shot by Hamas terrorists while trying to escape on Route 232.
At 8:11 AM, she called her parents:
“I’ve been shot in the stomach, I’ve been shot in the arm, I’m losing blood. I’m going to die.”
In calm and heartbreaking words, she understood the end had come.
She asked to speak to her twin brother Tomer and little sister Maya:
“I’m going to die. Just listen.
I love you, Yariv — the best dad I could’ve had.
Mom, please stop screaming, just listen — you’re the best mom we could have asked for.
Don’t forget to be a good mom to Tomer and Maya.
Tomer, how lucky we were to live life together. I love you.
Maya, never forget you are the treasure of my life.”
Her parents begged her to lie on the road and pretend to be dead. She did.
But the terrorists saw her move.
“Mom, they’re coming to shoot me again...”
Screams in Arabic. A long burst of gunfire.
And the call was cut.
Alone on the road divider, her body was riddled with bullets at point-blank range.
Murdered in cold blood.
But Libi was light. Joy. Love.
A proud and outstanding IDF infantry officer, full of life and laughter, always giving to others.
Her photos radiate kindness.
Her memory will live forever.
