@AmazonHelp The main point here is to point out a mistake your representative made. I am not after the £10, I'm clearly an honest person or I would have taken the bribe as it's £50! Please correct your representatives so they do not do this to other customers.

@AmazonHelp Nope, as I said, a seller is trying to bribe me to remove a bad review. I took the honest route and reported it to you via customer support. I was told I would get £10 for my honesty but did not get it. I'm just saying they should not promise something then not provide it.

In a rare occurrence of watching TV I was reminded of why I don't watch TV much. A TV show was advertised called "How to Survive a Murder". What a stupid title, if you survive it can not be called murder! It's just dumb programming assuming viewers are dumb! SMH @SkyUK

@AmazonHelp None of the reasons given in the first link apply. The items were in stock. They all said delivery "Tomorrow". I was well within the time limit to get next day delivery by placing the order before 2am! No excuses are acceptable which is probably why I was given a Prime refund.

@AmazonUK I am paying for Prime, have been for years now, I just made an order yesterday, very early hours of yesterday, like 2am. All items in the order were one day delivery with Prime. All items are due for delivery tomorrow, 2 days! Tell me, why am I paying for Prime?!!!

As a follow up, I did contact customer service and I was given a refund of 1 month of Prime membership as compensation. But this should not be needed, advertising one day delivery and not following through is false advertising.
