@lastminute_com shocking customer service. Cancelling flights and claiming it was customers fault as I hadn’t agreed a flight change via email. You say I can rebook same flights but at £300 more. Shocking and deceitful. Awful phone customer service has not resolved the issue 🤷🏻‍♂️
