@ctitusbrown I love yoga to relax I don’t recommend hot yoga although I admit that some people love it but for me the relaxation I derive from yoga brings me great joy I can’t reach my relaxation happy place in that terrible heat

@bkoskella I don’t have numbers for you but I do have a bit of experience with low diversity samples pig small intestine. IMO 1 negative control per plate is good 1 negative control per sample is impractical and unnecessary in my personal opinion.
