Flight LX8314 on 28-Mar was delayed and I along with my wife were not allowed to board on SK4167 at Bergen. Worst part was that no one from @bookingcom @FlySWISS and @SAS helped us. I booked my flights on my own and reached Stavanger.

@FlySWISS mentioned @Edelweiss_Air would compensate-now you guys say u wouldn’t! This is sheer disappointment! No one from @Edelweiss_Air was present at the Bergen airport to assist us. Me and wife were stranded. With no food. So much of mental hardship and harassment! We re booked our own flights to reach Stavanger! I need compensation and answers from you all so that none of the future travelers ever faces this again!

I rebooked the tickets with @SAS and reached Stavanger.
LX8314 @FlySWISS @Edelweiss_Air was delayed. We weren’t allowed to board SK4167 @SAS - we need to hear from @bookingcom @FlySWISS @SAS @Edelweiss_Air for all our mental harassment and why you all didn’t rebook us? And how will you now compensate for all the trauma?

And me and my wife were stuck around Bergen airport with no help at all and such a massive mental stress.

We were stuck at the Bergen airport with no assistance from anyone. Called @bookingcom @FlySWISS @Edelweiss_Air and discussed with @SAS staff - No one rebooked us on another flight! We waited without food and water for so long and after no assistance, I booked my own tickets

@emirates @EmiratesSupport I Upgraded 2 ECONOMY flex tickets to 2 BUSINESS class tickets and we are rewarded with ECONOMY SKYWARDS MILES - any logic behind this? I PAID WITH CASH for the upgrades - it wasn’t a free/auto or mile’s upgrade! Disappointing!
